Culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy creates a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment, feel seen in the fullness of their identity, and begin to heal from the wounds of systemic oppression, family conflict, and personal trauma. This work is about restoring connection—to self, to others, and to hope. I am a clinician who brings deep empathy, advanced clinical training, and a strong commitment to equity. I provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults—supporting clients who are navigating complex trauma, systemic barriers, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about working with Black-identified and LGBTQ+ individuals, and I strive to create spaces where their experiences are affirmed and honored. While I welcome clients of all racial and cultural backgrounds, I bring particular care and cultural humility to work that centers those who have been historically marginalized or underserved. With years of experience as a family therapist, I understand how relationships shape emotional well-being and identity. I help clients untangle the effects of intergenerational trauma, cultural expectations, and family dynamics—creating space for healing, growth, and transformation. I draw on both professional expertise and lived experience to foster a therapeutic space that is compassionate, empowering, and deeply attuned to each client’s story. My approach is relational, strengths-based, and rooted in social justice. I don’t just walk alongside my clients—I empower them to reclaim their voice, access their resilience, and reimagine what’s possible.
