I love supporting LGBTQIA2+ humans, students having a hard time at school, and people healing from domestic violence. We can work on learning to understand and control emotions, processing trauma in a safe way, and setting better boundaries while trusting yourself more. You'll probably feel more stable, do better in school or with people, and just feel more like yourself.
