I am Kingsley (They/them), and am a licensed mental health counselor from Northern NY. I approach counseling from the perspective of duality, accepting that life inherently comes with struggles and problems, but that it is our power to make meaning of our struggles so that we may find comfort alongside our pain. I place a large emphasis on meeting my clients where they are at, focusing on unconditional positive regard, while also bringing light to the areas in their lives that are no longer working for them. Through validation and change, my aim is to travel alongside my clients to find the path that will suit them the best for their goals.
