Hi! My name is Korina, and welcome to Mind Trek Counseling! I'm glad you're here! Whether you are neurodivergent (such as ADHD or autism), or part of the LGBTQ+ community, dealing with executive function issues, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, or difficulty with work, school, family, or different types relationships, I invite you to be a part of this work with me. I have worked with people from a wide spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and relationship types. Maybe you are navigating relationship conflicts, intimacy issues, feeling disconnected, or trying to navigate setting healthy boundaries.
