Kristen Jones
Kristen "KJ" Jones strives to provide comprehensive primary care to her patients while recognizing the human component of medicine. She maintains a patient-centered approach and empowers individuals to play an active role in their health and well being. She believes getting to know her patients as people is the key to delivering the very best care. Kristen strives to make patients feel heard, comfortable, and in charge of their health, while also ensuring their visit is a friendly and pleasant experience. Regardless of whether you desire an annual checkup or are seeking evaluation of a specific concern, laughter is one medicine Kristen always prescribes. While Kristen offers the full spectrum of culturally competent primary care to all patients, her special interests focus on preventive medicine, HIV Treatment/Prevention (PrEP), gynecology, LGBTQ health, contraception, STI prevention and screenings. When she isn't caring for patients, you can find KJ at one of DC's amazing restaurants, walking her dog Stella along the National Mall, or traveling the globe chasing waterfalls and climbing volcanoes. Kristen is fortunate to have developed rapport with the District's finest patients. She is continually humbled by the trust her patients place in her. She considers it an honor and a privilege to take care of you and your family.
