Kristin Wing

Kristin Wing is an Oregon-licensed naturopathic physician and has been practicing primary care since 2017. She was born and raised in the Wilamette Valley and completed her undergraduate studies at Oregon State before moving to Seattle and studying natural medicine at Bastyr University. Her practice centers a main goal of leading patients towards more empowered health through an integrative approach that blends wisdom from both traditional and modern medicine. She prioritizes patient safety and comfort and holds space for trauma-informed and culturally competent care for all patients. Dr. Wing strongly believes that accurate diagnoses are essential to effective healthcare and frequently revisits each patient’s experience of signs and symptoms and treatment response each visit. She recognizes complexity of layers involved with dysfunction and disease and works with patients to identify and manage each obstacle. Herbal medicine, mind body awareness, lifestyle changes, nutraceuticals, medications and other tools are used as appropriate to support the body’s function as well as the patient’s quality of life along the healing journey. Dr. Wing completes continuing education for a variety of primary care topics to review, reflect, learn and keep up with new research. Her special interests include mental health (I.e. depression, anxiety, attention problems), metabolic health (I.e. thyroid function, cholesterol and blood sugar balance), pelvic health (I.e. menstruation, sexual health, pelvic pain, fertility, conception, postpartum support) and gender affirming care.
