I bring over six years of clinical experience and a personal understanding of the generational shifts within the LGBTQ+ community. Having lived through these changes myself, I offer a relatable perspective to older adults (40+) who are navigating the complexities of identity, aging, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a space where you don’t have to explain the nuances of your history—I’m here to help you process it. Trauma Recovery: Using EMDR to process long-standing or historical trauma. Addiction Support: A compassionate, harm-reduction approach to recovery.
