My sessions focus on improving clients' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I meet my clients where they are and journey alongside them with whatever struggles and victories life may bring. Navigating this life can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I would love to work together to explore and find the treatment plan that works for you. My treatment interests include trauma, enneagram work, spiritual formation, anxiety, depression, career counseling, and self-esteem issues. I want to serve you and empower you to believe in yourself and your ability to be your best self - without any judgement. Everyone is welcome. I do my best to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients. I am a Christian Counselor, but I integrate spirituality into the counseling process in accordance with my clients' interest and comfort level. I invite you to reach out.
