believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, and aim to always hold feelings of positivity and unconditional support for my clients. I work to provide a space that is conducive to clients sharing their vulnerability without fear of judgment. My counseling style is conversational, compassionate and direct. I believe that therapy can be enjoyable at times as well, and I encourage clients to bring their authentic selves and personalities to session.
