I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to understand their patterns, heal from past wounds, and cultivate more secure connections. I have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I also assist in the exploration of cultural identity, familial expectations, the influence of immigrant ancestry, and faith dynamics. My role is to offer attunement, curiosity, and collaboration as you move toward greater self-trust and relational security.
