My approach is grounded in inherent respect, dignity, & hope. I believe each of us is the expert of our own lives- individually, we contain vital knowledge of our inner world, events that have shaped us. That said, I understand the experience of feeling stuck, searching for meaning & guidance outside of what we know or our tendencies while on auto-pilot. I most enjoy working with clients who are curious about themselves and others. I strive to be anti-racist and utilize an intersectional lens.
