I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing virtual therapy for adults across Texas. My practice offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, relationship patterns, and emotional overwhelm. I take a holistic, integrative approach that is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. During the first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you in, exploring your goals, and getting a sense of what working together might feel like. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—just a starting point. Sessions are held via secure telehealth, making therapy accessible from anywhere in Texas. I am in-network with select insurance plans, and we can review coverage and logistics before getting started.
