My name is Laura X. Williams (she/her+) and I primarily work with couples navigating a variety of intimacy conflict (i.e. infidelity, gaps in desire, navigating transitions, relationships while in recovery from substance use). Whether you are an individual seeking identity/belonging, in a couple navigating complex dynamics, or a family moving through life transitions, I am here to support you. I utilize modalities like Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy to deepen relationships to ourselves and each other.
