I support clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship/family issues, life transitions, career issues, grief/loss and trauma. I provide specialized support to family members of individuals with substance use disorder. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and provide support to those in alternative relationship dynamics.
