Hi, I’m Lauren Whitehead, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. While these moments can be difficult, they can also open the door to meaningful personal growth. What I love most about being a therapist is seeing clients discover their own resilience. I believe small, positive shifts in mindset and behavior can lead to lasting change, and I strive to help you find those shifts in your own life.
