Hello and welcome! I'm a licensed psychologist in NY with a particular specialty in helping individuals navigate identity development, especially with regards to BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ identities, something I'm familiar with professionally and personally. Figuring out who you are can be challenging, especially when you feel pressure to fit a complex and fluid identity into a box or conform to norms that you do not identify with. In my sessions, I cultivate a space of validation and acceptance where you can feel safe learning about and being yourself.
