Leah Stebbins
I am a clinician who is passionate about getting to know you. My goal is to help you gain insight, reduce stress, depression, or anxiety and improve communication, relationships, sleep, work-life balance, and your overall health and wellbeing. My history as a clinician includes working with active duty military, veterans of all ages, those with high intensity jobs in tech and in high security sectors, as well as working with those experiencing loss of jobs, homes, or relationships. I am also trained in sleep improvement counseling (CBT-I) and emotion focused couples therapy. My graduate degree focused on PTSD and complex trauma, but also have worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ population, those facing parenting or fertility challenges, and partnering with people facing complex medical or mental health diagnoses or disabilities. I am also trained in faith based counseling, and have worked with people from children through seniors.
