Lindsey Morgan
The Enrichment Collaborative offers affirming, supportive outpatient therapy for teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, trauma, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. My approach to therapy is grounded in genuine connection. I believe you should have a space where you can show up as yourself without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that you need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, and tailored to who you are—not a one-size-fits-all experience. I have a particular passion for working with people and creating a space where identity is respected, affirmed, and understood as part of the whole person not something that needs to be explained, defended, or changed. You can expect a therapist who will listen, be curious, challenge you when it’s helpful, celebrate your growth, and probably share a laugh with you along the way. Whether you're working through something specific or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, we'll start where you are and figure out what moving forward looks like together.
