As a relationship therapist I have experience and am very comfortable working with people in all sorts of love matches and other consensual affiliations: LGBTQ+ partners, mixed-orientation relationships, poly, CNM, ENM, BDSM, co-parenting, etc. In my office you can expect an entirely judgment-free and shaming-free experience. When working with couples, I draw on my thorough training in the Gottman Method, as well as my training in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (I am fully certified in both modalities). I also utilize other resources, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative Sex Therapy, and even my own successful marriage of 30+ years.
