I provide individual and couples therapy in person in Springfield, IL as well as in a small office in New Harmony, IN. I also do individual therapy via telehealth. I have been in practice since 2006 and welcome patients from diverse backgrounds and with most mental health diagnoses. I am a provider with most major insurance carriers. I believe that mental health services are as important as medical services for insuring a healthy and fulfilling life. In today’s stressful and conflicted climate, it is more important than ever that individuals have open access to mental health services that can address and resolve the issues caused by just living in this moment in time.
