Folks come into counseling for all sorts of reasons: anxiety, depression, fear, loneliness, relationship strife. But, after a few sessions, we tend to realize that those are words we use to try to make sense of what’s going on deep inside. As a counselor, I’m here to help you explore those things that lay underneath. I’m a counselor using a person-centered approach. On my off time, I read, drink plenty of coffee and matcha, and watch movies.
