Macy Gardipee
When dealing with change or pain it can be helpful to process our experience and pain so that we can feel heard, heal, feel less alone and use our experience to move forward. Through counseling, I help clients discover what they need to heal, meet their needs independently and create stronger relationships. Some of the things I enjoy helping clients work on in therapy are discovering resources and tools that help them cope with and overcome challenges, developing meaningful relationships including the ones with themselves and focusing on the goals that they want to achieve. Sometimes that may involve working through pain from the past, trauma or hurt from previous relationships. If you are looking for a safe and supportive space to talk to someone openly and discover what you need to heal and create stronger relationships, I encourage you to email or call me. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, but specialize in working with adults and adolescents (between the ages of 11-17 years old) via telehealth sessions only.
