Maddison Herrick

Hello! I am a Licensed Therapist in the state of California and Oregon. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment wounds, and perfectionist/people pleasers. I utilize EMDR, IFS, and attachment based work to get to the deeper work and core distress. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to explore past and current wounds while providing tools and new insights to allow for long term change.
