Hi there! I am a queer holistic practitioner specializing in trauma-informed Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine, Birthwork, and Somatics. I found my way to Ayurveda through my own life-threatening health journey that opened my eyes to the interconnected relationship between physical health, complex personal and generational trauma, and the quest for authentic spirituality. I specialize in the application of hands-on Ayurvedic Body Therapies for addressing chronic health conditions and custom-crafted healing immersions. I see clients from all over the world, at my sweet clinic in Lakewood, Colorado and virtually. I believe that true health and healing comes from Nature, and requires both the empowerment of individual sovereignty, and collective repair nurtured through connection and community.
