As a therapist, I am warm, curious, and non judgemental. I am interested in challenging you gently (and sometimes not so gently!), exploring different perspectives, and supporting you in zooming out and tuning in. My approach is deeply compassionate, sometimes whimsical, and tailored to your needs and goals. I believe in the inherent wisdom of the mind, body, and spirit, as well as the power of nature and creativity in healing and growth.
