Mallorie Rodgers
I have extensive experience addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and OCD. I currently work with people ages 12 and up, and enjoy helping parents navigate the ever-changing challenges that arise in raising children of all ages. I have a special focus in working with perfectionists, high achievers, those with low self-worth, and relationship issues of many kinds. Regardless of diagnosis, I find most of my clients are interested in increasing emotion regulation skills, communication and interpersonal skills, and exploring more of their internal experience. I have specialized training in trauma-informed care, Exposure and Response Prevention, Neurodiversity Affirming practice, Internal Family Systems, and the Making Sense of Your Self-Worth curriculum. I work from a neurodiversity affirming perspective, and continually engage in education, training and advocacy efforts specific to the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ population.
