I started my own direct primary care practice to provide a sense of safety and belonging, and care that sincerely affirms you. I believe that primary care should include enthusiastic hormone support that's tailored to your unique goals and desires, if that's something you want. Our first visit will focus on acclimating to the space, getting to know each other, and learning what's most important to you. We'll also reserve time for addressing the needs that feel most urgent. Through the direct primary care model, I limit my total number of patients so that we can enjoy more time together and communicate directly by text or email, setting us up for the kind of collaborative relationship that helps you identify and achieve your unique wellness goals for the life YOU want.
