Marie Meakin

We are an inclusive midwifery care and birth center serving clients for well person, prenatal, postpartum, birth control, STI testing, and some hormone therapy care. I am passionate about taking care of people and meeting people where they are at in their journey; whether it is pregnancy, postpartum, peri/menopause and everything in between. A nurse since 1989 and a Certified Nurse Midwife since 2013, with experience caring for women across the country in homes, hospitals and birth centers, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. I care for the whole person balancing both traditional and medical solutions, as appropriate, to keep people healthy, happy, safe and independent. My goals for you are always the most prevention for the least intervention for healthy pregnancy and safe, efficient, joyful birth experience.
