Marlena Hood

I offer individual and couple's therapy for adults (18+) who are located in NJ. I am often described by my clients as calm, curious, warm, authentic and interactive. I have a trauma-sensitive, client-centered, collaborative approach. I have helped many clients navigate: life transitions; LGBTQIA+ related challenges; grief; relationship difficulties (in romantic relationships, friendships, and/or family relationships); healing from childhood trauma; and learning social skills such as finding their voice, healthy boundaries and assertiveness. I have experience helping clients with processing and integration of psychedelic journeys/experiences as well. *ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* All therapy sessions are currently telehealth.
