I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, not just manage symptoms. My practice is affirming of queer identities, relationship structures, and sexuality in all their forms. That includes gay, lesbian, bisexual, and trans clients, as well as people in ethically non-monogamous relationships and those exploring kink or BDSM. You don't need to explain or justify who you are here. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary approach, which means we work at the level of your inner world, not just your behavior or surface-level coping.
