Meg Hamm
With over 25 years of professional experience, I provide a non-judgmental space rooted in connection, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in which clients can safely explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I have experience working with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, boundaries, self-development, identity issues, religious and racial trauma, and difficulties within interpersonal relationships. I help clients develop better coping skills, build resilience, and learn self-acceptance. As an affirming therapist for the LGBTQIA+ community and as a Queer woman, I am committed to creating a space that honors each person's inherent worth and dignity, while fostering growth, healing, and personal transformation. You can expect to have an open, honest and genuine conversation with me during each session. I look forward to helping you continue your journey to mental wellness.
