Mere Abrams
I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 10 years, co-creating intentional and nonjudgmental spaces for clients to share, process, discover, heal and grow. My training and experience have focused on working with adults, youth, parents, and families, as well as folks who are trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, or questioning gender/sexuality. I provide psychotherapy, coaching, and consultation around a variety of issues related to life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, self-care, family dynamics, relationships, body image, parenting, and identity. I work with clients to build upon their strengths, make sense of established thinking habits and patterns, and develop coping skills, with the goal of empowering individuality and acceptance of self. I strive to see and understand not only who my clients are now, but what they've experienced, and who they are becoming.
