Hi! My name is Meredith. I am a certified nurse midwife and nurse practitioner. I provide patients a safe environment to obtain screening for infections, cervical cancer, discuss top and bottom surgery-provide referrals, contraception if needed, pregnancy planning, assistance with IUI (referrals for people looking for help with home IUI). I am here to support you and ensure you are able to access healthcare that is safe and gender affirming! At your first visit I will ask you questions about your medical and surgical history, you can always decline to answer any questions. If you need an exam we will do we can do that as well.
