Mia Howard

I am a therapist in private practice with experience supporting the mental health of our LGBT+ community. I have worked with individuals and couples. I specialize in transgender clients, as well as clients with trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. My current office space is in Teaneck, NJ. I provide in person and telehealth therapy. I integrate trauma based therapy with psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, play therapy for children, and art therapy as appropriate. Please all for a free consultation.
