We tailor treatment to your goals, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Insight & Action Therapy is an out-of-network practice. We submit insurance claims on behalf of our clients to help simplify reimbursement. We are committed to increasing access to care and offer sliding scale rates, depending on therapist seniority, whether you have insurance or not.
