Michael Aaron Mlnarik

I hold an MS in Human Nutrition, am board certified by the American Nutrition Association as a Certified Nutrition Specialist, and am an LDN (Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist) licensed to practice nutrition in Illinois, Florida, and Maryland. I collaborate a with a practice of medical professionals, which provides a greater level of coordinated care for our clients and patients. I specialize in chronic conditions (like chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS, IBD, etc), but also work with people who are seeing to optimize their overall health and wellness via nutrition. I do work with a significant population of LGBTQ+ people with a wide range of concerns, as does the entire team in the office. I have extensive experience with nutritional and foundational lab testing and interpretation, treatment planning, nutritional supplementation, and nutritional IV therapies. I provide general nutrition assessment, condition-specific nutritional therapies (food and supplementation for Mitochondrial Dysfunction, Metabolic Syndrome/Type 2 Diabetes, etc.), in-depth review of specialty lab testing results, optimization of nutritional supplementation and IV nutrition therapies, weight management and metabolic reset guidance, and development of individualized nutritional plans.
