As a biracial Caribbean therapist, my focus is on supporting clients navigate anxiety/ADHD, depression, relationships/divorce, grief/bereavement, election-related stress, and life transitions. Having worked a decade in accounting, my transition has given me a unique understanding of navigating significant life changes. I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, & professionals who have faced similar situations. I'm committed to making therapy more accessible and breaking the stigma around mental health care. I understand the importance of providing a space where clients can identify with & relate to their therapist.
