Michael Ioerger

I am polyamorous queer Indigenous man who leverages knowledge, innovation, and authenticity to holistically empower individuals & build stronger, healthier communities. Through my business I leverage my intersectional and inter-disciplinary perspective as a Family & Community Physician (MD), Social Psychologist (PhD), Public Health Professional (MPH), Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS), & Fitness Nutrition Specialist (ACE-FNS) to provide my clients with targeted, intensive support to help them stay healthy, improve their performance, and rapidly address health issues that arise. I also work with businesses and community organizations to engage their staff and clients in knowledge and skill building sessions that enable them to more effectively and self-sufficiently take care of their own health and wellbeing. I specialize in working with physicians and other high performance professionals, but am open to taking other client who may benefit from my unique skillset and services. I am based out of Detroit, Michigan and Columbus, Ohio, but provide my services virtually and through house-call visits and in-person meeting. This allows me to work with clients throughout both states.
