Unity Primary Care (opening 2027) is a Direct Primary Care clinic in Denver offering membership-based internal medicine with a focus on accessible, relationship-centered care. Patients can expect an initial visit focused on getting to know their full health history, goals, and concerns in a supportive, unhurried environment. Visits are longer than traditional primary care and are designed to allow time for meaningful discussion, preventive care planning, and shared decision-making. Services include LGBTQ+ affirming primary care for individuals of all genders and sexual orientations, HIV prevention (PrEP), sexual health care, and gender-affirming care (WPATH-GEI training in progress). Additional areas of focus include metabolic health and preventive care. The Direct Primary Care model provides direct access to the physician, including messaging and telehealth when appropriate, along with same or next-day availability for acute concerns. Care is provided through a transparent monthly membership and is not billed through traditional insurance for primary care services. As a gay physician, I am committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive clinical environment where patients feel comfortable discussing all aspects of their health.
