Michael Schwartz, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, CEN, EMT-P, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and long-time EMS provider based on Long Island. As a proud gay clinician, Michael provides affirming, inclusive primary care for adults of all ages, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ health, HIV prevention, and PrEP services. With nearly two decades of experience in emergency medicine and community health, he is dedicated to building safe, supportive spaces where every patient feels respected and cared for.
