Michelle Ausfresser
I am a queer-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming counsellor committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for clients of diverse identities and lived experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I recognize the impact that systemic barriers, stigma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence can have on mental health and daily functioning, and I strive to provide care that is compassionate, inclusive, and empowering. I have additional training and experience supporting LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating anxiety, identity development, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions. My practice emphasizes authenticity, safety, and collaborative care tailored to each individual’s needs.
