When you are going through life’s many challenges, I’m here to support you. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space and to listen to you non-judgmentally, sincerely and compassionately. I will strive to help you struggle less and live a more meaningful, vital life. I treat and support adults (and LGBTQIA+ identifying adolescents) experiencing a variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, gender dysphoria, and other day to day life struggles.
