Mildred Okumu

I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner through ANCC and AANP, specializing in both Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. I provide fully telehealth-based services in Texas, Washington, and Arizona, inclusive, patient-centered care that addresses both physical and mental well-being. I support individuals across the LGBTQ+ spectrum with services such as gender-affirming hormonal therapy, reproductive health care, STI testing and treatment, birth control, and management of urinary tract infections, yeast infections, and bacterial vaginosis. In addition, I provide compassionate mental health care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood or thought disorders. Through virtual visits, I create a safe and affirming space where patients can access comprehensive care from anywhere, blending expertise with empathy to empower the whole person to achieve their best health.
