Nakia Brim

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. I like to work with clients using a collaborative approach to meet their therapy goals. I enjoys working with teens, adults, and children (as young as 8 years old). My goal is to help clients be able to take the skills they learned in therapy and apply it in their everyday lives. I believe in using empathy and support to provide a safe space for clients to gain the confidence to have autonomy over their life. I specialize in trauma (trained in EMDR), anxiety, depression, boundary development, self-esteem, and life adjustments. I offer low rate self pay sessions at $60 and currently able to take CIGNA and Municipal Health insurance.
