I work primarily with neurodivergent adults —particularly those who were diagnosed with ADHD or autism later in life—who are living with the long-term effects of complex trauma impacting their relationships, self-esteem, burnout, or grief. My work supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies, building sustainable self-esteem, and creating lives that feel more grounded, authentic, and embodied.
