Niesa White

Hello, my name is Niesa White. I am a mental health counselor licensed in New York. Through my work, I look to help clients find their strengths, challenge self-doubt and the inner critic, and set a path forward for success towards short or long-term goals! My clients are high achievers who have started to feel stuck or lost or have begun to question their worth or value. They had a direction when they started their personal journeys but now feel uncertain because of how they perceive themselves. This uncertainty might lead to anxiety about the future, lower confidence in their capabilities, and disconnection from their values. I hope to help find that direction again and highlight everything that makes you unique and more than capable! In the years that I have been practicing post-grad, I have experience working with clients of all ages through societal challenges present in their personal lives, whether that be financial stress, personal relationships, queer identities, and adjusting to change. Through the work we can do together, we can identify the areas contributing to your stress, identify your strengths, values, and sources of doubt, and create a realistic path to work towards your goals. Your values matter, and there is no reason why you should have to set them aside to live the life you want to live.
