My primary theoretical orientation is Relational Cultural Theory, which is client centered and designed to understand and respect your culture, values, and connections to others. I also promote and use play therapy in practice as appropriate as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Each client is treated as an individual, with the treatment tailored to your specific needs. With nearly a decade of experience as a licensed professional counselor in the state of Oklahoma, I am now accepting clients across the state via teletherapy to provide quality outpatient mental health care in the comfort of your home or office.
