I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health, offering LGBTQIA+-affirming telehealth care for patients in Alaska and Hawaiʻi. I work with queer, trans, nonbinary, and gender-diverse patients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, menstrual changes, menopause, identity, relationships, family-building, dysphoria, and healthcare experiences that may not have felt safe or inclusive. My approach is respectful, collaborative, and grounded in your values, identity, and goals. I provide evidence-based psychiatric medication management with clear, honest conversations—especially around questions about medication during pregnancy, breastfeeding, postpartum, hormonal changes, or gender-affirming care. In our first visit, we take time to understand your story, symptoms, and what matters most to you. Together, we create a plan that may include medication, therapy referrals, or collaboration with your current therapist or healthcare team. You deserve care where you do not have to explain or justify who you are.
