I am currently fully licensed as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota. I am currently working toward my second licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) under the supervision of a board-approved supervisor who oversees all of my clinical work. I work with a diverse range of adult clients, including, but not limited to, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, military personnel, college students, and immigrants who are seeking self-discovery, empowerment, and change due to personal challenges and negative experiences that may have impacted their mental health and overall well-being. My holistic approach draws from various theories, empowering clients to understand their past and construct a purposeful life narrative. Together, we can aim to challenge oppressive narratives, externalize negativity, and align meaningful goals with your values, ultimately seeking personal growth and well-being.
