I’m Dr. Olivia Ivy!. You can call me Ivy, or Olivia (she/her). As a board-certified physician specializing in Gender Affirming Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy, HIV Care, Addiction Medicine, and LGBTQIA2S+ health. I’m here to provide evidence based, judgment free care tailored to your unique needs. I provide informed consent based HRT and all forms of gender affirming care through a private practice, telemedicine based environment for Texans over the age of 18 who are not enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare. I’ve fought for marginalized patients in Texas’ hostile climate for almost a decade. Your autonomy and dignity come first. I’m proudly queer and I come from a marginalized background with an unaccepting family. I came out at the age of 12 and I’ve spent my life living in punk houses and creating art with my amazing, diverse and talented queer community. I am a tattoo artist and a sexual health care provider and I create a space where you can be your comfortable, authentic self. No government grants with federal oversight, no conservative cries for professionalism and decorum, and no one else peeking into your medical records.
